Step 1

Fill out our RENTAL APPLICATION

Step 2

Approval & Contact

Upon approval, you will get a phone call or email from our team.
*For new customers the security deposit starts at $1,500.

Step 3

VIN Number & Insurance

As soon as we get the information about your arrival date, we will provide you with a VIN number to the Truck or Trailer so you can add it to your physical Insurance (Value $25,000-$75,000)

Step 4

Insurance Requirements

Auto Liability:$1 Million
Physical Damage:Under "DESCRIPTION OF VEHICLES" the year, make & model, VIN, and value must be added.
Must list GSC LEASE LLC 409 Christina dr, East Dundee IL 60118 as LOSS PAYEE/CERTIFICATE HOLDER and additional insured.
Step 5

Multi-Point Inspection

While your insurance is pending approval, your Truck or Trailer will enter our repair shop for a multi-point inspection ensuring you're road ready and addressing any concerns.

Step 6

Ready for Pickup

Once your insurance is verified and the multi-point inspection is completed. You will be notified that your Truck or Trailer is ready for pickup.

Step 7

Final Steps

Finally, your ready to Sign the Lease Agreement, and conduct a final Truck or Trailer inspection notating any issues. At this time the security deposit and first month's rent or proration will be due (*We do not accept credit cards).
